Our wonderful Enya shown here at 4 weeks pregnant. We bred Enya twice to Blue Moon during the peak of her heat cycle and then followed up with a breeding to Ooli as she was coming out of her cycle. The sire of the puppies was identified by DNA testing and all pups received puppy registrations for AKC and UKC subsequently.

Blue Moon is 12 years old and we decided to take the risk of breeding to him quite simply because he is unique and stunning and he carries some very rare lines that we would be proud to carry on in our kennel.
Blue resembles the historic, larger Chinook and is well-boned and conformationally correct with his titles confirming his lovely build (UKC Grand Champion). He is just beautiful and has a goofy personality with lots of funny stories from the show ring on his repertoire!
Blue has sired two lovely litters of larger dogs with great personalities and of good health. Ooli is Blue's only intact offspring and he is the sire of Enya's Wine Club litter from 2020.

Because of Blue's advanced age we decided to breed Enya back to Ooli at the end of her cycle to ensure successful breeding. Since Ooli is Blue's son we would be carrying forward some of Blue's genes irrespective of the litter sire and we would be very happy with puppies from either sire. However, we are keeping our fingers crossed for some Blue puppies late this year or early 2022!
Like his father, Ooli is an outgoing, goofy personality and is as sweet as can be. Ooli has great bone structure and is a true giant amongst the Chinooks, standing at 27 inches in hight and weighing a lean 100lb .
Ooli passed his lovely personality on to Enya's litter of 2020. All pups are maturing to a good size with great conformation and bone structure. The reports from the puppies new families are wonderful and we could not have been happier with this litter. We would be very excited to have more puppies from Ooli.

Puppies were born on January 1st 2022
Enya gave birth to 5 males and 2 females, all born healthy and of excellent birth weight (between 14 - 15oz).
AKC labs came back with the results for the DNA parenting with Blue Moon as the sole sire! We truly traveled back in time for this litter to preserve some old and beautiful Chinook lines for the future of our breed.
Blue Moon is the oldest male ever to have sired a litter at UF!! And Blue stamped this litter with good bone and size, they were all around 20lbs when they left for their new homes! All puppies have beautiful heads and great conformation and they have outstanding personalities. The puppies were DNA-tested by Embark and do not carry any tested genetic health risks.
